Unless otherwise stated, MT FITClub and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on our website. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view and/or print pages from our website for your own personal use subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
2. PRIVACY
Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and disclose information from our users.
3. PRODUCTS
3.1. Availability: All products offered on our website are subject to availability. We may revise the range of products available on our website without notice.
3.2. Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time.
3.3. Orders: By placing an order through our website, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
4. PERSONAL TRAINING SERVICES
4.1. Scheduling: Personal training sessions must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.
4.2. Cancellation Policy: We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of personal training sessions. Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee.
4.3. Health and Safety: Our trainers reserve the right to refuse service if there are concerns about your health or safety.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All of the items are shipped by parcel post with PostNord/DAO/GLS (within the EU) or DHL/UPS (outside of the EU), depending on your location. Once you receive your package, please inspect the content carefully. If the package or any of the items are damaged, please contact us immediately at info@mtfitclub.com.
DELIVERY TIME
Worldwide delivery: 1-13 business days
Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days after it has been placed.
Please note that the delivery times provided are estimates only. There may be delays due to factors such as payment authorisation, customs clearance, etc. Additionally, during sale and promotion periods, delivery times may be longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to ensure that your package is delivered as soon as possible. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Pickup at the MT FitClub (Richelieus Alle 5, 2900 Hellerup): Free of charge
Denmark: 49 DKK
Inside of the EU: 99 DKK
Outside of the EU: 149 DKK
If you are ordering from a non-EU country, you are eligible for tax-free purchases. This means that the prices shown on our site do not include VAT (value-added tax). VAT is automatically added or deducted based on your location. Please note that prices do not include payment or delivery charges and that local charges (such as customs duty or sales tax) may apply depending on your region and local customs laws. These charges are your responsibility and are not included in the prices shown on our site. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us for more information.
5.1 Multiple Shipments: In order to fulfill your order efficiently, items may be shipped separately. You will be notified if your order will be shipped in multiple packages.
5.2 Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for delays or wrong delivery due to incorrect information.
5.3 Shipping Notifications: We will keep you informed about the status of your order via email. Please make sure to provide a valid email address at checkout.
6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
6.1 Returns: We accept returns of unused and undamaged products within 14 days after the customer has received the purchased item. Please contact us to initiate a return and receive further instructions.
6.2. Refunds: Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of returned products. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping expenses.
6.3 Incorrectly Ordered Items: Incorrectly ordered products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging, unused, and in a technically faultless condition.
Original packaging must be unopened, without any alterations or damage.
6.4 Return Process: Securely wrap the unit in plastic to minimize exposure during transit.
Returns must include a copy of the original invoice and the provided postage label.
6.5 Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and optional package insurance.
The customer must return the product in new condition and in the original packaging. MT Fitclub is not responsible for returns lost in transit or for items damaged during return shipping.
6.6 Cancellations: The customer can request to cancel an order for a full refund up to 48 hours prior to shipping.
After tracking is generated, the order can no longer be canceled. If you miss the cancellation period for your order, you can contact us to assist with a return at your expense.
7. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
7.1 Changes: MT FITClub reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions from time to time. Revised terms and conditions will apply to the use of our website from the date of publication on our website. Please check this page regularly to ensure you are familiar with the current version.
